May 23rd & 25th: The paris commune of 1871

Join us this week for a class on our first socialist experiment – The Paris Commune! We will talk about the significance of the commune, the timeline of its ~70 day existence and an analysis of the commune from our members. Very important class for us to attend and write notes on, and we hope to see you there.

If you’re new to PSMLS, the school provides free public collective education every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays on a variety of topics from a Marxist-Leninist perspective. You don’t have to be a member of anything or identify as any certain ideology to attend. The PSMLS is a Party of Communists USA initiated and sponsored school, but it is not a party school, which is great because it allows for a wide variety of different perspectives and opinions to be brought forth which don’t necessarily reflect the party line. If you are interested, you can join the PCUSA at partyofcommunistsusa.net/contact-join/
